An item that is deemed faulty or damaged may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection. Photographic evidence of damage will need to be provided to us via email before we will accept that an item may be returned. If an item is damaged or faulty then we will offer a replacement, credit note or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have bought an item and are not entirely satisfied with it but it is not faulty then we may agree to it being returned and in such a case we will offer a credit note to be spent in our shop. This option is only available within 28 days of purchase and is at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. We may not always be able to take back an item if the range is not longer in stock.
